Our wines begin their journey on the sun-drenched island of Sicily, where generations of viticulture run deep in the volcanic soil and Mediterranean breeze. Grown in mineral-rich terrain shaped by Mount Etna and the surrounding sea, our grapes are cultivated with respect for tradition and sustainability.
The result: wines that are vibrant, expressive, and naturally balanced. We import these hand-selected vintages not just for their exceptional quality, but for the story they carry — a story of land, resilience, and giving back through every bottle.
Western Hill- Bold & Grounded
The Western Hill stands proud in the golden light of each setting sun, where full-day exposure and slightly arid conditions create the ideal environment for producing grapes with richness and depth. The soil here is well-drained and layered with volcanic ash and limestone — forcing the vines to dig deep, building resilience and strength that’s reflected in the wines they yield. Grapes grown on the Western Hill develop thick skins, leading to bold reds with firm tannins, deep color, and concentrated dark fruit profiles — think black cherry, plum, and hints of wild herbs.
This terroir is the heart of our more structured blends — wines that carry a sense of power and permanence. They are the ones you open when you want to make a statement or leave a lasting impression. The Eastern Hill – Bright & Elegant
In contrast, the Eastern Hill greets the day with gentle morning light and a cooling breeze that rolls in from the coast by afternoon. This more temperate microclimate allows for a slower ripening period, helping preserve acidity and aromatic complexity. The soils here are finer, with more clay and alluvial deposits, producing grapes that are delicate, yet vibrant. From these eastern slopes, we harvest fruit that brings finesse to our wines — citrus, white peach, soft florals, and gentle minerality emerge naturally.
The Eastern Hill is where our most expressive whites and light-bodied reds are born. These wines have energy and elegance — the kind you share during intimate gatherings, quiet reflections, or moments that need subtlety over strength.
